From your local coffee shop to your favourite Brend Hotel, the hospitality sector is at the heart of so many people's lives.

With the help of our Brend Academy, we also do all we can to help develop them, offering ongoing support and a wide range of training opportunities. There are a number of pathways available, from accredited qualifications via an apprenticeship, industry-specific upskilling and personal development training.  

Employee Assistance Programme

Our Employee Assistance Programme with trade renowned charity Hospitality Action allows us to provide free confidential counselling and information services on a wide range of personal and work-related topics. All Brend employees are enrolled and can access support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is important to us that not only do our guests feel respected, valued and cared for - but that our staff members do too.
