About the programme 

This programme prioritises developing the highest standard of hospitality skills while working as part of the Brend Collection team to ensure an amazing guest experience. You will learn to recognise guest needs and understand how to match them to products and services. 

Whilst students tend to specialise in a specific area, the apprenticeship is very varied and is designed to enable apprentices to be adaptable to support colleagues across the business. During your apprenticeship, you will also build on the basics and reinforce the importance of exceptional customer service skills.

What students will do as a hospitality team member apprentice:

  • Develop fantastic ‘hospitality’ skills across a variety of standards

  • Work with the heads of department and Managers who will support and mentor you
  • Gain an industry-recognised qualification to a national standard
  • Work as part of a team and developing interpersonal skills
