Level 2 Apprenticeship with Brend Academy
The level 2 hospitality team member apprenticeship prioritises developing the highest standard of hospitality skills. You will learn to recognise customer needs and understand how to match them to products and services. Apprentices will work as part of the Brend Collection team to ensure amazing customer service.
Whilst you will tend to specialise in a specific area, the apprenticeship is very varied. It is designed to enable apprentices to be adaptable to support colleagues across the business.
