Mother & Daughter duo...
Sue and Nicola have been a part of the Brend Collection team for a combined total of over 50 years. They have both played a vital role in the development and success of The Royal & Fortescue Hotel.
Sue’s Brend Collection career started over 3 decades ago at The Royal Hotel as a Housekeeper. From there she found her feet and soon after transferred to The Park Hotel to take on a similar role. In the early 2000’s, Sue transferred again, this time for the last time, to The Royal & Fortescue as Head Housekeeper.

Nicola started at The Park Hotel in 1999 as a part-time Housekeeper. From there she moved to The Royal & Fortescue Hotel to work in the Coffee Shop (Now the RF Lounge & Bar). An opportunity arose in the Housekeeping department and seemed only fitting to unite mother and daughter in the Housekeeping department.
