Lyndsey's journey with The Royal Hotel began in 1999 when she joined as a part-time waitress. Her passion for hospitality led her to pursue an NVQ 2 apprenticeship, which she diligently completed before advancing to NVQ 3. Over the years Lyndsey earned promotions to restaurant supervisor and later restaurant manager. With each role, Lyndsey embraced new challenges and honed her leadership skills, eventually progressing to Assistant Manager and then Deputy Manager.

After welcoming her son and returning from maternity leave, Lyndsey seized the opportunity to further her career as she was appointed General Manager—a position she has proudly held for the past 8 years. Her dedication to The Royal Hotel and Brend Collection spans a quarter-century, a testament to her loyalty and deep-rooted passion for hospitality.

Reflecting on her journey, Lyndsey cherishes the invaluable lessons learned from past managers and the continuous growth opportunities provided by Brend Collection.

Lyndsey embraces her role wholeheartedly and remains grateful for the rewarding experiences and professional growth at The Royal Hotel.
