As an Assistant Manager, you will need to be able to work using your own initiative and be able to perform effectively as part of an established team, You’ll have a positive and energetic nature and understand how to achieve high standards of customer care.
As an Assistant Manager here at The Devon Hotel you will be responsible for helping us deliver the best possible experience to our guests, from running shifts to delivering exceptional customer service in Carriages bar and brasserie.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist in the management, training and development of the food and beverage team.
- Assist in the day-to-day running and management of the hotel.
- Be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel in all your business relationships.
- Assist the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Heads of Department to ensure that the customer service is at the forefront of all we do
