What will I be doing?

As a Duty Manager at The Devon Hotel, you will be responsible for helping with guest luggage and serving bar and lounge food and drink. This role would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work for an established luxury hotel chain whilst furthering their career in the hospitality industry.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assist in the recruitment, management, training and development of the food and beverage team.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running and management of the hotel.
  • Be an exceptional and professional ambassador for the hotel and the wider Brend Hotels group in all your business relationships.
  • Assist the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Heads of Department to ensure that the customer service is at the forefront of all we do

  • Previous experience within a similar role

  • A hands-on approach and desire to lead by example
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service

Ideally, applicants should have previous experience in a similar establishment and hold a full UK driving license.
