He started as a Restaurant Supervisor, where he built his leadership skills and focused on creating memorable experiences for guests. His commitment quickly led to a promotion to General Assistant, a role that has given him the chance to learn every aspect of hotel operations and support the management team.
For Roni, the most rewarding part of the job has been receiving positive feedback from guests. Ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile is his top priority, and their kind words confirm he is making a real difference. He has also been recognised both inside and outside of work for his professionalism and welcoming approach.
