Paul's Brend Collection Journey
Paul first joined the Brend Collection in March 2012 as an Assistant Manager. Over the next five years, he rose through the ranks to become Senior Assistant Manager, before briefly leaving in 2017.
His passion for the industry brought him back in February 2018 as Health and Safety Manager, overseeing operations across The Victoria and Belmont Hotels. His dedication and leadership were quickly recognised, and in February 2023, Paul was promoted to Hotel Manager of The Victoria Hotel.

More than a Manager
Outside the hotel, Paul is a keen golfer, once playing off single figures and now enjoying the game in a more relaxed, semi-retired fashion. His calm presence and passion for both hospitality and people are reflected in every aspect of his work.
